It's a.....mystery!
We had our first ultrasound appointment yesterday now that Kate is 21 weeks along. We were planning on finding out the sex of the baby but the little one had its legs crossed and the umbilical cord was between the legs. So the mystery continues...
However, we just found out that they needed to get another ultrasound picture of the umbilical cord so we get to try it again in 3 weeks! Hopefully the "stove bolt" will cooperate then.
Compared to Aiden's first ultrasound which was done at 20 weeks, this baby at 21 weeks looks like it might be another giant! The head circumference is 19.31cm (versus 17cm for Aiden) and it already weighs 18oz (versus 13oz for Aiden)!!!
As Kate says, "We make big babies!"
