Baby pool is coming down to the wire
It's time to recap the baby pool in preparation for the $1.2 million purse. We already know we're having a girl being born on February 4...the weight is the unknown.

We really have no idea how to score this game. But, right now it looks like Heather, my coworker at IPRA, and I are the closest. It'll come down to her weight which will offset the difference in the days we guessed.
The winner of the "Are You Trying To Punish Kate?" Award goes to Chad who predicted a 11.8lb baby girl. We are going to chalk this one up to being a college kid at Indiana who hopefully has no experience with having babies. (Joanne, here's where you chime in...LOL)
Thank you everyone for playing in the baby pool. We are deciding on prizes now...a fruit of the month club membership or the opportunity to babysit while we go out some night... We'll announce the winner Monday along with the great prizes!

Natalie sent us an emailing suggesting that since the sex and date of delivery were kind of know already, that it would be best to play the pool like Price is Right.
Those that originally picked girl are in contention...with the winner having picked the closest weight without going over.
I'm not sure Natalie thought this one through because it doesn't work to her advantage. We already know that she was weighing about 8+ pounds. That only leaves my dad and Beth the opportunity to win.
I like the idea and am open to just ruling on closest to the weight for those who picked girl...but it can be over or under...the closest wins.
What do you guys think?
Hey now im not trying to punish Kate I was making my guess on a natural born baby and if that were to happen I probably would have won this competition. It is rigged to make Matt win anyways.
